How to File a Grievance
To file a grievance, please send an email to the Grievance Officer with the following details:

- The resolution you are seeking
Resolution Timelines
We are committed to addressing all grievances in a timely and fair manner. Upon receipt of a duly submitted grievance, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours
- Investigate the matter thoroughly
- Provide a resolution or update within 30 days of receipt
Escalation
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the above mechanism, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or other applicable Indian law.
