Refund Policy
Guidelines governing refunds and cancellations for our engagements.
At Nexra Corppe Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT consulting, software development, and professional services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.
1. General Policy
All service engagements at Nexra Corppe are governed by individual service agreements. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in your specific service contract. We encourage clients to thoroughly review their agreements before commencing any engagement.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered as described in the signed service agreement.
- A written cancellation request is received before the commencement of any billable work.
- A material breach of contract occurred on our part, as determined through our internal review process.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Fees for work already completed or delivered, including milestone deliverables.
- Consultation or discovery fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., software licenses, hosting, domain registrations).
- Any work completed following a change request approved by the client.
4. Cancellation Process
To initiate a cancellation, the client must submit a written notice to contact@corppe.in. Cancellations are effective from the date the written notice is received and acknowledged by Nexra Corppe. Any work completed prior to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, we will process it within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer charges or payment gateway fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer at rishabh@corppe.in. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and expeditiously.
